Traditional training methods are significantly more costly and far less effective

Traditional class based or online training does not allow for the trainee to immerse themselves in a full sensory environment.

The retention rate when using VR is at 75%, compared to class based training at 5%, reading at 10%, and audio-visual learning at 20%.

This traditional method of training is also generally longer, logistically more difficult and often requires a trainer, adding significant costs.

Group safety induction

The numbers don't lie...

CADwalk provides digital simulation of real life scenarios for training purposes. Trainees enter a fully immersive active learning environment that allows interaction with simulated life like plant and equipment.

Workplace scenarios that were once too difficult, expensive, or dangerous to train for, such as confined spaces, working from heights and emergency response and hazardous materials, are vastly more cost-effective and safe in an immersive environment.

Both technical skills training and soft skills training using virtual reality has been demonstrated to improve knowledge retention by 75%, is 4x faster, and improves on time task completion by 83%.

When combined with specific learning content, job performance, workplace safety and cost are further enhanced.

This approach can also be applied to other elements of a worksite, such as Inductions.
